At The Orchid Suite we cater for all your individual requirements and offer you a warm welcome and professional service at all times.

Weddings

Daytime Reception from 60 to 150 guests

Evening Buffet and Disco for up to 180 guests

All our menus have been planned with your special day in mind.  Each menu includes a starter, main course, dessert and coffee with after dinner mints – the price of which is shown alongside the main course.

Civil Marriage Ceremonies

Civil marriage ceremonies can be performed on the premises for approximately 90 guests (seating is available for up to 50 guests) at a cost of £250.00.  The Bride and Groom are responsible for contacting the Registry Office to check the Registrar’s availability.

Banquets and Celebrations

Seated meal or carved hot and cold buffet for up to 180 guests.

Finger Buffet and Disco for up to 180 Guests.

Disco and Entertainment

We can arrange a disco for any evening or day occasion.  Our resident D.J. will entertain you into the ‘small hours’ with all the latest music and state of the art sound and lighting systems.  This is available at a cost of £100.

Booking Requirements

After making your provisional booking at The Orchid Suite, we require CONFIRMATION IN WRITING and a NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE deposit of £250 to be paid within two weeks to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS MUST ALSO BE MADE IN WRITING.

The final balance is then required seven days prior to the date of the event.

We offer a 50% reduction for children 2 years of age or under and all our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
